Charlie Bourdages founded Site Structures in 1996, with no IPO and no fanfare—just a one ton dump truck and one wheelbarrow full of landscaping tools. The tone was set from the start; jobs were done correctly and customers were treated honestly, and it worked.

In the fall of 2023, long-time employee Ben Woods purchased the company. Having worked with Charlie for over twenty years, the transition was personal; Ben will always be committed to the Site Structures tradition of delivering quality with care and integrity.
