Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in equipment repair and maintenance, particularly with industrial and heavy machinery. This role requires proficiency in automotive diagnostics and the ability to operate various power tools. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) and small engines
Maintain and repair company vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.)
Track and manage preventative maintenance schedules
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Order parts and maintain inventory of tools and supplies
Keep accurate maintenance records
Assist with training crew members on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting
Ensure shop area is clean, organized, and safe
Requirements:
Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in landscaping, construction, or similar industries
Strong knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and general vehicle maintenance
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagnostics tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
Full-Time - Pay is commensurate with experience

Fine Gardener
We are seeking a candidate who can effectively manage and direct daily job site operations.
Responsibilities:
Understands and adheres to contract specifications on a job by job basis.
Responsible for following set means and methods for garden bed maintenance.
Produces quality craftsmanship and is productive on the property.
Ensures the teams professionalism on the jobsite.
Tracks and logs accurate time and materials in LMN for all crew members and jobs.
Communicates Field Managers to coordinate materials needs, day-to-day operations, and adherence to schedules.
Help train and improve the skills of other crew members.
Job consists of spring cleanups, mulching, weeding, pruning, planting, fall cleanups and other seasonal projects.
Must have a valid driver's license, ability to pass a Medical DOT exam, pass a background check.
Requirements:
Clean Driving Record.
Good organization and time management skills.
Ability to spot and eliminate waste.
Direct and train crew members to complete jobs in a safe, organized, productive fashion.
Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet all day.
Responsible for accurate time tracking using LMN software for all crew members.
Expert in the safe, competent operation of a one-ton truck and trailer, weed whackers, backpack blower, and leaf vac., hand tools such as pruners, gas shears, etc…
Thorough knowledge of garden bed maintenance means and methods and sequencing.
Possesses proper pruning techniques.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Mechanical aptitude.
NHLA, MELNA or other related certifications a plus. Training is offered and provided for.
Full-Time - $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
