Your Maintenance representative lead the charge with maintenance with clear, honest, and respectful communications and follow through. He is skilled and cheerful and very knowledgeable. Your designer and I worked on a design plan to renovate my perennial gardens to reduce maintenance in the years to come. When the weather and schedule didn’t permit it’s completion this Spring, we easily pivoted to a Fall plan. She coordinated very well with the maintenance department on this pivot and on other cross-over tasks.
Your construction representative was immediately kind and easy to communicate with—especially when I had some doubts about the first stone decision we made together. He went out of his way to find the exact right stone to match the stone steps on the path. The crew worked the job with skill and perseverance…and those stones were HEAVY! The job came out beautifully…I hope you know what a great crew you have! Sounds like the work culture at your workplace is very good. The whole team at Site Structures has done exceptional hardscape and landscape work for us for almost 10 years. And, they have done it with style and consistency. They have built beautiful stone walls and walkways, maintained them and installed other significant stone features, helping us find exactly the right material. The landscape team installs anything we ask and provides important guidance about what plant materials will be successful. The lawn maintenance team is in a class of its own - we have the lawn with the sharpest design in the neighborhood.
