There are so many ways plants improve our surroundings. Whether it’s the shade from a tree or the fragrance from a flower, we can all enjoy the benefits of plants. Luckily the climate of New England provides us with a diversity of plant species, woody and herbaceous, that will survive and thrive in our gardens.

Choosing well adapted plants will reduce maintenance and stress. The first step is understanding the site conditions including sun and wind exposure, soil texture and composition, the lay of the land, and available space for growth.

From there we can determine a pallet of plants suited to the site conditions, and work toward a garden with four seasons of color and interest. If you provide the location, we’ll provide the pallet, and we can work together to create gardens, large or small, that are sure to impress all year long.
